  • Flash Freight Express reserves the right to adjust rates if the actual shipment details (such as weight or size) differ from those provided by the customer at the time of booking.
  • Payment is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or any other method listed on our website.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of service.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Flash Freight Express will make every reasonable effort to deliver your shipment within the specified timeframe. However, we do not guarantee delivery times, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, road closures, or customs delays.
  • Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate service-level agreement (SLA).

5. Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • Flash Freight Express assumes liability for the value of goods as declared by the customer, up to a certain limit as specified during booking. Additional insurance can be purchased for higher-value shipments.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
    • Improper packaging of the goods.
    • Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
    • Delays in customs processing for international shipments.
  • Flash Freight Express will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

6. Tracking and Customer Responsibility

  • We provide real-time tracking for all shipments via our website or mobile app. However, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided for both the sender and recipient to avoid delivery complications.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Goods

The following items are prohibited from shipment via Flash Freight Express:

  • Hazardous materials (including explosives, toxic substances, and flammable items).
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging and handling instructions.
  • Illegal items, including drugs and counterfeit goods.
  • Weapons, ammunition, and related items.

If any prohibited goods are discovered in your shipment, Flash Freight Express reserves the right to refuse transportation, return the items at your cost, or notify the relevant authorities.


8. Insurance and Claims

  • Basic liability coverage is provided for all shipments. However, customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance if the value of their shipment exceeds the coverage limit.
  • Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date. All claims should include documentation, such as proof of value, photographs of the damage, and any related correspondence.
  • Flash Freight Express will investigate all claims and respond within 14 business days. Compensation for approved claims will be processed in accordance with the level of coverage purchased.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made before the shipment is picked up will result in a full refund, less any applicable administrative fees.
  • Once a shipment is in transit, no refunds will be issued, even if the customer requests a return or cancellation.
  • If Flash Freight Express fails to deliver a shipment due to our own error, we will provide a refund or credit for future services at our discretion.
